罗锦发（Kin Huat Low）教授，在台湾国立成功大学获得学士学位，在加拿大滑铁卢大学获得机械工程硕士和博士学位。从1988年到2023年，在新加坡南洋理工大学机械与航空航天工程学院任教授，IEEE RAS（机器人自动化学会）仿生机器人技术委员会主席，在过去3年被斯坦福大学列为全球前2%的科学家。长期致力于康复机器人、生物仿生学、无人机、空中交通管理、撞击、动力传输系统、结构动力学和振动等领域的科学研究，发表论文400余篇，在生物仿生学和外骨骼方面的工作多次在IEEE国际会议上获得最佳论文奖；曾担任《Mechanism and Machine Theory》《Journal of Robotics and Mechatronics》《Journal of Bionic Engineering》等期刊的副主编。

主要内容：

In this talk, speaker''s R&D works and experiences over the last 30 years will be sharing and presented. The research fields include bioinspired robotics, exoskeletons, rehabilitation robotics, and unmanned aircraft systems. At the talk, traffic management of unmanned aircraft systems (TM-UAS) in urban environments will be covered as it is closely related to Low Altitude Economy recent focused in China. Discussion and interaction on these topics will be held at the end of the talk.
